Admin for Supply Chain Assistant (6 – 12 months contract)
Working location: Shah Alam
Working days and hours: Mon – Fri (7.00am – 4.00pm)
6 – 12 months contract (renewable)
• To liaise with customer purchasing order, order verifications and deliveries of products.
• To ensure out bound and export of goods are on time and compliance with delivery orders.
• To generate and maintain production schedule based on estimated materials and labor status as well as the machinery requirements.
• To plan, monitor and control sub-contractor deliveries.
• To monitor production schedule against production progress from time to time. To analyze and change schedule when necessary.
• Monitor and work together with internal department such as warehouse, production, engineering and quality department to continually improve on time deliveries of finished goods and accessories items.
• To prepare daily / weekly / monthly production progressive report.
• To ensure that ISO 9001 Quality Management System are implemented and maintained
• Diploma / Bachelor in any discipline.
• Required skill(s): Planning,Supply Chain and Purchasing skills..
• Required language(s): Chinese ( Must ),Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Minimum 1 year experience with extensive production planning or purchasing and control exposure in manufacturing line.
• Specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• PC literate, extracting reports from System and keying data into system.
• Can start immediately.
