Job Description :
•Provide full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative work with minimum supervision.
•To manage appointments, meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening and travel arrangements for the Head of Department.
•To prepare and distribute agenda and minutes of meeting.
•To maintain effective and systematic filing systems.
•To work in a fast pace environment efficiently and have to work closely with other teams in order to achieve Company’s goals.
•Perform and undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
•Minimum Diploma in Secretarial/ Management/ Administration or Business Studies.
•Has at least 2-3 years of working experience in administration or secretarial function.
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
•Team player with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst colleagues.
•Possess excellent interpersonal , communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
•Familiar with Microsoft Office.
•Integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and sensitive matters.
