• Proactively present and sell products to all walk-ins, handles payment, service enquiries and complaints accurately, efficiently and aligned with company processes, expectations, standard operating procedure and KPIs.
• Continuously review feedbacks from customers, current processes and systems to enhance customer experience.
• Responsible for all customer information, monetary transactions and company to be properly controlled, reconciled, documented accurately.
• Ensure store front and display content are current, accurate and aligned to company marketing campaigns.
• Participate in all training arranged by internal or external parties.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the management.
• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience is required.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Outgoing, pleasant looking, well groomed and good attitude.
• Able to interact confidently with all level of customers including high end customers.
• Customer service oriented and sales driven.
• MUST be willing to work on 1 year contract.
