HR Executive – Selangor – Mid Valley
• Providing support in the recruitment process from arranging for interviews to organizing the orientation program as well as making sure all documentation in the personnel files are properly filed.
• To liaise with the government offices for applications of permits, licenses, etc.
• Manage and control employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leaves & staff medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines.
• To prepare and assist the work permits process of foreign workers employees.
• Manages what earnings, reductions, and deductions are in the system.
• Sets and oversees the scheduling of payroll processing
• To assist in day to day clerical, administrative work and any ad hoc duties as and when required.
• The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in all accounting matter of the company as well as general administrative works for the company;
• To maintain a proper and updated filing system for accounting records, correspondence and related documents;
• To assist in other ad hoc task and administration matters as may be required.
• Min (3) years working experience.
• Computer Literate;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Remuneration package :
• Basic RM 2500 – RM 3500
• 5 days work
