• Handling inbound calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries raised by customers.
• Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.
• SPM / Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year experience in Call Centre / Customer Service.
• Obtain credit (A1 – 6C) for English and Mathematics subject in SPM.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• MUST be able to work on 24/7 rotating shifts, during weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport (or at least able to manage transportation)
• Have positive working attitude and enjoy assisting and interacting with customers.
• Extensive 2 months job training will be provided for successful candidates.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
