Responsibilities
•Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquires about products, accounts, and services.
•Answering the questions of customers regarding the organization’s products or services and its operation or maintenance.
•Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via email or phone.
•Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD or the management.
Requirements
•Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in IT or equivalent.
•Fresh Graduate are highly encourage to apply.
•Computer literate and good computer skill (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
•Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Able to start immediately would be added advantage.
Additional Info
•Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Mon-Fri) – 9.00am – 1.00pm (Sat)
•Working days: Monday – Friday and Saturday (Half Day)
•To work in IT servicing company in Kelana Square, Kelana Jaya.(behind Paradigm Mall)
