Admin Assistant (Contract: 6 -12 Months)
Salary: RM 2000 – RM 3000
Working Location: Pavilion Tower KL
1. Regional admin support
• Work closely with the Singapore Executive Assistant to manage executive and events calendar online across the 2 countries
• Coordinate regular updates with key staff members and internal business partners
• Coordinate trips/agenda for Overseas executive visits and prepare for meetings with external partners/visitors
2. Local admin support
• Manage the office, stay on top of general affairs
• Organize correspondence including screening and answering phones, processing incoming mail, processing PO/invoices, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
• Review trade papers/press daily for key information to share with management
• Manage petty cash for the office
• Diploma holder.
• Excellent English/ Mandarin/Malay/required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience.
• Excellent communication ability both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to juggle numerous projects and understand priorities.
• Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness.
• Superior follow-through, detailed and customer service oriented.
• Excellent ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a collaborative, team player with great initiative.
• PC proficiency – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic RM 2500 – RM 3000 ( 3-5 years experiences)
• Basic RM 2000- RM 2500 (1-3 years experiences)
• 6 months to 1 year Contract
• 12 days Annual Leave & Medical Coverage
• PA Insurance provided
• 5 days working – 9am -5pm
